Mehrere Musiker sollen vorher bereits bei der Zentralheizung Of Death aktiv gewesen sein. Nähere Informationen sind allerdings überflüssig, da der Sound einfach nahtlos stimmig ist.
Mit Musiker*innen der verschwägerten Halle'schen Band Ex-White werden als gemeinsames Nebenprojekt die Hot Chicks betrieben.
