Direkter Vorläufer war die in Oberhof beheimatete Death Metal Band Reifen 14 (1994 bis 1998, mit Michel, Horstmann, Marley, Tobi & Rüd). Frontmann Michael betrieb auch das Label Moonrise Production, sowie als "Ihmalec" das Atmospheric Black Metal Projekt Rising Moon (zusammen mit Enrico Kohlstedt a.k.a. "Izlechr") sowie das Dark Metal-Duo Ferocious (1996, zusammen mit Chriss - voc). 2019 trat die Band beim Wave-Gotik-Treffen auf.
