Die Band wurde 1984 von Frank "Goofy" Göpfert als herkömmliche Hardrockband unter dem Namen '''Rübezahl''' gegründet. Mit allen folgenden, durch Wehrdienst und Ausreiseanträge notwendigen Umbesetzungen waren musikalische Neuausrichtungen und 1987 gar eine Umbenennung verbunden. So bewegten sich die Einflüsse von '''Deep Purple''' & '''Led Zeppelin''' über '''Accept''', '''Judas Priest''' und '''Black Sabbath''' bis hin zu dem die späten 1980er dominierenden Thrash Metal von '''Metallica'''. Damit war die Formation als Live-Band recht erfolgreich, entwickelte aber kaum ein eigenes musikalisches Profil. Im Frühsommer 1990 löste "Goofy" sie darum auf.<br />
