Dead Fish Audio

Indietronics-Projekt aus Leipzig, seit 2003.

Kauerhof und Hochmuth stammen beide aus Chemnitz und arbeiten schon seit den 1990ern zusammen als Twex vs. Fiat und waren/sind daneben in anderen musikalischen Projekten tätig (Kauerhof z.B. bei Westwerk). Obwohl das Duo kein ausgeprägtes Band-Selbstverständnis besitzt sondern auf Improvisation und individuelle Interaktion mit Live-Elektronik setzt, errang es 2003 beim Leipziger Rockwettbewerb den Titel ("Leipzig wählt die Band des Jahres"). Eigene gemeinsame und solistische Veröffentlichungen und die von befreundeten Musikern und Projekten sind auf dem bandeigenen Label "East German International" und im Rahmen des CD-Zines "EGImag" verfügbar.
