René sang und spielte bereits seit Mitte der 90er Jahre in der hyper-aktiven Grind-/Noise-Core Formation Pyosalpinx aus Klaffenbach in der Nähe von Chemnitz.
Die Debüt EP von OOAL wurde in Berlin von Smail produziert. 2012 gründete Stefan in Dresden die Band DIN, spätere Aktivitäten von beiden Gruppen sind nicht zu verzeichnen.
